Voyagerr is proud to be chosen as the technology partner of Keolis and Ile de France Mobilités to power the new PAM Francilien service Eastern Area (75, 77, 93, 94) for the next 4 years – an estimated 600,000 passenger trips per year on average.

We are proud and delighted to join the project as a technology partner, providing our dedicated paratransit (TPMR) management solution to Keolis who has been awarded the contract to operate the service.
Voyagerr will deliver the software to power the operational backbone of the service:
- End to end trip management, from reservation intake to execution, covering both regular and on demand trips
- Centralised scheduling and optimisation, including advanced vehicle grouping, meeting service quality and travel time requirements
- Real time dispatching and day of operation regulation, with built in capabilities to manage disruptions, incidents, and last-minute changes
- Continuous passenger information updates, synchronised with the IDFM MaaS platform, including confirmations, live vehicle tracking, delays, and notifications
- Reliable driver tools, via a dedicated driver application for navigation, trip validation, geolocation, and live status reporting
- Strict punctuality and service reliability, supported by real time monitoring, operational KPIs and reporting shared with IDFM and the controller
- Full compliance with data protection, security, and accessibility requirements, including GDPR and public sector interoperability standards
This partnership will help ensure that the PAM service meets Île-de-France Mobilités’ expectations in terms of:
- High‑quality passenger experiences
- Service transparency and punctuality
- Optimised routes and groupings for efficient operations
- Continuous improvement of inclusive mobility
