Exploring how the technology can further enhance operational efficiency and provide an even better passenger experience

On 19 November 2025, we visited RMC B.V. for a forward-looking discussion on technology and the unique requirements of paratransit and school transport operations across the Netherlands.

RMC is a Dutch transport operator specialising in “doelgroepenvervoer” – a Dutch term referring to special needs transport.

Passengers access RMC’s services through multiple digital and voice channels. All channels feed trip data into a shared backend powered by Voyagerr’s technology, which serves as the central planning “brain”.

The powerful backend ensures consistent, optimised planning regardless of the booking source and manages, for example, recurring school transport contracts, including specialised gym and swimming trips.

These involve complex data flows and pattern management unique to the Dutch educational transport context.

The focus of the day? Exploring how the technology can further enhance operational efficiency and provide an even better passenger experience.

A big thank you to the RMC team for the insightful discussions and for being such excellent hosts.
