Strong projects start with honest conversations!
Strong projects start with honest conversations!
In early June 2025, Voyagerr’s UK-based project implementation team had the pleasure of visiting Strathclyde Partnership for Transport (SPT) at their office in St Vincent St in Glasgow for a project kick-off meeting focused on taking SPT’s on-demand transport planning and management software solution to a new, even more efficient level.
We place great importance on ensuring that implementation projects run as smoothly as possible and that our clients gain maximum value from the tools they invest in. That’s why these project meetings are structured as two-way conversations, designed not only to foster collaboration but also to produce clear, actionable project planning documentation.

At these meetings, we also actively encourage our clients to challenge us and share honest feedback. This helps us ensure that projects get off to the strongest possible start and that future phases are effectively “blueprinted” from day one.
As a business born out of industry experience and evolving client needs in the on-demand mobility sector, we have and we’re continuously committed to developing a deep understanding of the real-world challenges our clients face. On-site meetings are just one of the many ways we partner with our clients to foster collaboration, drive continuous improvement, and maintain a shared commitment to success.
Strathclyde Partnership for Transport (SPT) is the largest of Scotland’s seven regional transport partnerships. The partners run the Glasgow Subway, a host of specialist bus services and are responsible for delivering better public transport for all.
